We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of drivers, fairway woods, golf balls, apparel, and other accessories. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, golf balls (listed twice in our menu, indicating a possible specialty or focus area) that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged. All other products, including clubs (Drivers, Fairway Woods, Clubs, Full Sets), apparel (Apparel, Bottom, Dress, Boys, Casual Shoes), bags (Bags and Carts, Cart Bags), and accessories, are eligible for return or exchange provided they are in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange. Please include your order number and details about the product and the reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused, original product in its packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

Please allow our initial 3-5 business day processing period before the refund transmission begins.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges, please indicate the desired new item (subject to availability) in your initial email. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, a refund for the difference will be issued.
